1. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions on AWS using Terraform.
- Automate deployment and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve monitoring.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems.
- Normalization and implementation of best practices in Terraform and AWS.
- Work on our internal documentation.
2. Learn in depth about WeWeb’s application
- At WeWeb, we make sure that all team members quickly grow in competence and take on more responsibility on what they are working on.
- We will teach you how the infrastructure and the application works in detail, so that you can expand your responsibilities within the organization.

Who are we looking for
👩💻 👨💻 Profile:
We're looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for WeWeb and its potential to empower users, along with a passion for staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer / DevOps.
- You have a strong proven experience working with AWS, Terraform, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills, rigor and communication skills.
- You are a team player and know how to work with other developers.
Hiring process
- If your application is selected, our CEO will contact you for a first chat (20mn).
- A second call will be scheduled with our CTO and Head of Back-End for you to get to know each other (1h).
- A technical interview: an infrastructure practical exercise, followed by an exchange with our CTO, our CPO and the Head of Back-End.

Additional information
- We offer a caring work environment together with a full remote policy.
- The compensation is composed of a competitive salary and a strong equity package.
- Salary range : €55k-€65k, gross per year.
- We offer lunch tickets where possible.

- This role is a full-time position and can be based in our Paris, France office or 100% remote. We bring the whole team together for company off-sites twice a year.
